Ecologic Tourism at Fabulous Village Ecological Resort

The Dominican Republic has a magnificent tourism diversity: beach, mountains, varied gastronomy, historic places, to name a few.

For the ones who love mountain tourism, relaxation and adventure we would like to share with you a magical hotel we visited back in November with spectacular views of the mountains and tropical trees.

Fabulous Village Ecological Resort is an ecologic hotel located at the northeast of San Francisco, Dominican Republic, 18km in the village of Naranjo Dulce, on the road from San Francisco de Macoris, Rio San Juan. This ecologic resort is at 640mts over the sea level providing breathtaking views that can be seen from all areas and the hotel rooms.

During our stay, we had the chance to wake up at the peaceful rooms and after a warm cup of coffee taste the delicious typical food and natural drinks. Most of their fruits and vegetables are cultivated in the hotel land providing a special unique touch.

The hotel has rooms with mountain views also typical smaller rooms. The rooms have a campestral design, comfortable furniture perfect for relaxation. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. The hotel includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a varied menu a la carte and personalized service.

Seeking for adventure? We were amazed by the longest zip line in the country that is available at the hotel. We were able to experience this great adventure for the first time in our lives!! Check the zip line videos at the end of this post. The hotel also offers horseback riding and four-wheel rides. Once we finished doing zip line we cooled off in the natural water pool located between the valleys surrounded by mountains. The pool has a bar where you can enjoy national and international drinks. During the day and night, they have activities such as karaoke and table games.

If you only want a short stay they also offer a day pass with lunch included, zipline, pool, and bar access.
